Ginger Smoothie

 I make a smoothie every single day.  Ginger is a great addition to my usual blend to help with digestion.  Here's what's in my blender today:




GINGER SMOOTHIE

2 cups frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberry, mango, and peach)

6 ice cubes

1 banana

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (honey vanilla)

1 handful of kale

1 1/2 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp vanilla

1 nub of minced ginger
